RIAA Back At It Again, Sues MP3.com

It appears that the folks over at the RIAA are back at it again - this time filing a lawsuit against MP3.com with the claim that their new Beam-It software allows for "copyright violation." Apparently the RIAA tried to work things out with MP3.com CEO Michael Robertson but he would not budge, hence the only way out, according to sources, was to bring it to a level where the courts must decide if the Beam-It technology is in fact legal. So right now we have RIAA suing both a large corporation in MP3.com as well as the little guy in Napster Inc.
