When you work FOR somebody,
it ends up being (for the most part, and too often only)
FOR the reward.

But,
when you work WITH sombody,
it is because you believe(d) in the goal.

I see what you're getting at, but I don't think the "for and with" thing really holds up. It's more about the why.

You can work with someone and still have different goals, but when you share the same motivation (even if it's purely the financial reward) it's much easier to handle the tough tasks.

The best jobs are the ones that you would want to do for free, but you still get paid anyway.
